You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and at all times throughout your use of the Platform. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. ph87 reserves the right to request updated documentation to verify the accuracy of Account information at any time.
ph87 is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with anti-money-laundering laws and PAGCOR regulatory obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before processing a Player's first withdrawal request. Players may be required to submit copies of valid Philippine government-issued identification, a selfie with the ID, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
ph87 accepts deposits exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently accepted methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph.
The minimum deposit amount on ph87 is ₱100 for GCash and e-wallet methods. Minimum amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your ph87 wallet immediately upon successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take additional time depending on the processing schedule of the originating bank. ph87 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank systems, or network congestion.
All transactions on ph87 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate and may incur conversion fees charged by the originating payment method.
Withdrawal requests on ph87 are subject to the following conditions:
ph87 targets the following withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals within the same business day for most requests; USDT TRC20 and Coins.ph within 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are targets and are not guaranteed. ph87 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment systems, bank processing schedules, or compliance review requirements.
Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period may apply and will be communicated in the Cashier section of your Account. Players with VIP or elevated account status may have higher withdrawal limits, subject to verification.
ph87 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonus offers unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the offer's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the time limit specified will result in the automatic forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds.
ph87 reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Players who ph87 determines to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, account splitting, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.
Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method, unless the offer's specific terms state otherwise. Circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple Accounts constitutes bonus fraud and is a breach of these Terms.
All games available on the ph87 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that game.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ph87 Platform without the prior written consent of ph87.
ph87's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ph87 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
ph87 collects personal data necessary for Account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and PAGCOR reporting obligations. ph87 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities is limited to what is strictly required for the purpose of the transfer. ph87's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph87 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph87 is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites, payment services, or game providers accessible through or in connection with the Platform.
ph87 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ph87 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the Account. In cases of closure not caused by Player misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure or dormancy), ph87 will return the verified real-money balance to the Player via the last used verified payment method, after deducting any applicable dormancy administration fees as communicated to the Player.
ph87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered mobile number or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Effective Date" header at the top of these Terms and accessible at ph87.club/terms-conditions. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph87 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed upon in writing between you and ph87.
